A forward-deployed enterprise AI company

Their engineers were their best salespeople — and had no time to sell. Syntr’s team ran outbound inside the company’s own account, and the founders approved every sequence.

The challenge

Founders were booking about four meetings a month themselves, late at night, from three different list tools.

What we did

Syntr’s team set up new sending domains, taught Nova the offer, built scored lists from conference speaker pages and ran sequences the founders approved.

The result

41 qualified meetings in 12 weeks, a 7.2% positive reply rate and a main domain that was never put at risk.

The challenge

“Our engineers are our best salespeople, and every hour they spend prospecting is an hour they don’t spend shipping. Lists lived in three tools, and nobody owned the replies.”

Before Syntr
  • About four founder-led meetings a month
  • Lead lists spread across three tools, rebuilt by hand
  • Replies left in personal inboxes, some for a week
  • Cold email sent from the company’s main domain

What we did

  1. 01

Agreed what a qualified meeting is.

A one-hour strategy call set the ideal customer and five rules a meeting had to meet: right company, right person, confirmed, attended, and the founders’ final say within 48 hours.

    Syntr teamTheir team
  2. 02

    Protected the main domain.

Three new sending domains were bought in the company’s name, nine mailboxes were set up, and warm-up ran for two weeks before the first send. The health score watched bounces and complaints from day one.

    Syntr teamSyntr platform
  3. 03

    Taught Nova the offer.

Company Brain read the website, two technical papers and the founders’ own sales notes, so every email spoke in the company’s voice and named the problems it actually solves.

    Nova
  4. 04

    Built and scored the lists.

Conference speaker pages, lead discovery and a CRM export became one list of 3,180 people, each company scored against the ideal customer. The founders removed accounts they already knew.

    NovaTheir team
  5. 05

Wrote a four-step sequence, approved before launch.

Nova drafted each email from the speaker’s own talk or the company’s recent news; the Syntr team edited, and the founders approved every sequence in Copilot mode.

    NovaSyntr teamTheir team
  6. 06

    Turned replies into calendar time.

Positive replies were answered within hours and auto-booked a Google Meet; each meeting moved onto the deals board, and a weekly review showed every lead, email and reply.

Hi {first name},

You said at {conference} that most exceptions at {company} are still triaged by hand across three systems. We hear that a lot from operations teams your size.

We embed engineers with your team and ship a working model on your own data, so the work moves without another platform to buy.

Worth 20 minutes to see if it fits {company}?

  • 41 qualified meetings in 12 weeks, up from about four founder-led meetings a month.
  • 41 of 48 booked meetings were held and met all five rules.
  • 12 opportunities opened from those meetings.
  • Bounce rate held under 1% across nine mailboxes, with no pause from the health score.
“We stopped prospecting at midnight. Every lead and every email is in our own account, so when we hired our first AE, nothing had to be handed over.”

What they learned

  1. 01Conference speaker pages made the warmest lists: the first line could quote what the person had said on stage.
  2. 02Agreeing what counts as a qualified meeting on day one kept the calendar free of ‘just curious’ calls.
  3. 03Two weeks of warm-up on new domains cost nothing in the end — and kept the main domain out of every risk.
