Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Syntr offers flexible subscription plans with transparent cancellation policies. This policy outlines refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, and billing terms.

⚠️ Important

All fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or specified in this policy. Review this policy carefully before subscribing.

2. Monthly Plans

  • Cancel anytime: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings
  • No refund for current cycle: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation

3. Annual Plans

  • Cancel anytime: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time
  • Partial refunds: Only if legally required (e.g., consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction)
  • Refund amount calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused months
  • Processing fees may apply to refunds

4. Free Plan

  • The Free plan has no charges and can be cancelled at any time
  • No refunds apply as no payment is required

5. Abuse-Related Termination

🚨 No Refunds for Abuse Violations

  • Accounts terminated for violations of Terms of Use or Anti-Spam Policy are not eligible for refunds
  • This includes spam, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
  • All fees paid are forfeited upon abuse-related termination

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Legal requirements: If required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • Service failures: If Syntr fails to provide service due to technical issues on our end (at our discretion)
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service
  • Not eligible: Change of mind, unused features, or dissatisfaction with service quality

7. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your subscription:

  1. 1.Log in to your Syntr account
  2. 2.Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
  3. 3.Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. 4.Confirm cancellation
  5. 5.You will receive a confirmation email

8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from refunds
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

9. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:

  • Contact us at support@syntr.com within 30 days of the charge
  • Include invoice number, date, and amount in your request
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • If the dispute is valid, we will issue a refund or credit
